Vectis Mail is built and run by Ian Holt, out of Australia. It's a solo-operator product — Ian handles design, infrastructure, and support; AI agents are used as part of the engineering layer.

Alongside Vectis Mail, the Veltara Works ecosystem includes ValidonX (licensing, billing, and identity) and Pharlux (single-binary OpenTelemetry observability).
